The Board of Directors is the Company’s executive body directly taking part in its management. The Board of Directors submits to the Supervisory Board partial Company results, financial analyses drafts, investment and maintenance budget drafts. It also submits for approval major documents, including beet purchase agreements and other major business agreements. Board of Directors meetings are held weekly, usually in presence of all top managers.
